Jenifer McIntire (a.k.a. Mac) has been playing for the Iowa based football team since it's inception in 2003. She has played many positions on the team but has executed her biggest role as owner of the Iowa Crush since 2006. Without her on-going effort to bring Women's Professional Tackle Football to the forefront, Iowa would still be lacking an important part of history.

The Team Delegate is the primary liaison between the Iowa Crush and the IWFL. Chris is responsible for ensuring that all IWFL rules are followed by players, coaches, officials, and management.
